L Zone: Most popular zone in Delhi!

As we all are aware of the problem of living that Delhi is facing and thus to solve this problem DDA has divided Delhi into 15 Zones. Among which L Zone, in South- west Delhi, is the largest one and is spread over 22,840 Hectare of Land. It is believed that this zone will not only solve the problem of living but also give a boom to slow real estate sector of the national capital region. If we talk about the location then this zone is located near IGI Airport and is strategically positioned between Dwarka and Gurgaon and is going to become the evidence of a first smart city in Delhi. Due to increasing popularity many housing societies like Revanta, Antriksh is coming forward to buy land and construct apartments according to the common people need.   This place is located at the heart of the city, it has become the eye candy of real estate czars.
